This is called Arduino board. It was created in Italy and is available in different versions. The most popular ones are Uno, Leonardo, Due, Genuino Uno, LilyPad and Mini Pro.
The first board is LillyPad, the next five are components of Arduino MiniPro, the third one is Genuino,
fourth - Uno, fifth is Leonardo and the sixth is Due, which is the most powerful and there are the most options available with it.
